• Ongoing strategic advisory

Outcomes from strategy consultations and network introductions are not guaranteed. Any subsequent engagement you enter with a person or organization in our network is between you and that party.

5. No Lending Activity

Biz Capital Partners and Business Capital LLC do not engage in lending of any kind. Nothing on the Services constitutes a loan, line of credit, or any form of direct or indirect financing offered by us.

6. No Guarantee of Outcomes

We do not guarantee any specific outcome from a strategy consultation or network introduction. Past results from our network do not guarantee future outcomes for any individual business.

7. Fees

Our advisory and network-introduction services are provided at no direct cost to you.

8. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Not misrepresent your business, financial position, or identity
• Use the Services only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to access systems or data outside your authorized scope

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services — including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and software — is owned by Business Capital LLC or licensed to it, and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. 13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUSINESS CAPITAL LLC, BIZ CAPITAL PARTNERS, AND THEIR OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.

15. Governing Law and Disputes
