2. Information We Collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide to us, including:

• Business name, business type, time in business, industry, business ZIP, and annual or monthly revenue
• Funding details you submit through our application, contact form, chat widget, or call booking, such as the funding amount requested and the intended use of funds
• Credit information: with your authorization, we obtain a soft credit inquiry, which does not affect your credit score, to identify the funding you may qualify for. A hard credit inquiry happens only if you accept an offer.
• SMS opt-in consent (if you elect to receive SMS messages)

We also collect limited technical information automatically: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, time spent on site, and referring URL.

3. How We Use Your Information

4. How We Do NOT Use Your Information

6.2 With Service Providers. We use limited third-party service providers (e.g., hosting, CRM, communication tools) who process information on our behalf under written confidentiality and data-protection agreements. These providers do not have rights to use your data for their own purposes.

6.3 As Required by Law. We may disclose information if required by valid legal process (subpoena, court order) or to protect our legal rights.

We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade information for advertising or marketing purposes.
